FANG: A Maximum Ride Novel by James Patterson Book Review

Hi.

Now I'm going to review Fang: A Maximum Ride Novel by James Patterson.  I'm sorry i's so short. SPOILER ALERT!

In this book Max and her friends meet Dylan, who has wings like them.  And Angel tells Max that Fang, who is Max's boyfriend now, is going o be the first of them to die, and Max doesn't handle it very well. And Mr. Chu is still evil.

If you've read my other MR book reviews you may already know that I love Max and Fang as a couple. I'm a huge Fax shipper.  And all the cute Max and Fang moments were awesome, and for some reason, this makes the Flock mad, Angel mad me really mad in this book.  Was it really necessary to kick Max out of the Flock?!  All she did was go to the store!  It's not her fault Erasers attacked  the Flock!  And Why were there Erasers anyway?  Didn't we find out in book three the all the Erasers were dead?

Also I really, really, really hate Dylan.  Really, James Patterson?  You couldn't let Max and Fang be a happy couple without there being a love triangle for one book?!

And Mr. Chu is a frog thing?

And the ending made me cry.  Not cool James Patterson!  Do authors love to make me cry?

I loved the book but it wasn't the best book in the Maximum Ride series..

MAX: A Maximum Ride Novel by James Patterson Book Review!

Hello.

Now I'm reviewing MAX, Which is the fifth book in the Maximum Ride series by James Patterson.  This is one of my favorite books in the whole series, and it's the first MR book I've ever read (well, technically I listened to the audiobook).  I just really love this book and I'm excited to review it. SPOILER ALERT!

it's about a girl named Maximum Ride or "Max" and her Flock Fang, Iggy, Nudge, The Gasman, and Angel, and they are the have bird wings, and they somehow have to save the world.  In this book Max's mom get's kidnapped by a bad guy named Mr. Chu, and Max and her friends have to save her (obviously).

First let's talk about Max and Fang.  I love them so much!  They finally get together!  Fax!  I ship them so hard!  I love when the part when they kissed in the desert.

And, of course, I love the rest of the Flock.

One thing I didn't like about this book is that Brigid is back.

I also like the part when the Flock went to Hawaii and were training with the military. Those poor soldiers had no idea what the were getting themselves into.

And Max and Fang growing gills was kind of weird but I can live with it.  It doesn't really bother me when the Flock gets new powers, I like it a lot actually.  It's like X-Men!

I LOVE the ending!  Major Fax!  I said it before and I'll say it again: I ship Max and Fang hard.  How can you not?

Once again I just want to say this is book is awesome.

Maximum Ride: The Final Warning by James Patterson Book Review!

Hello.

Yesterday I finished The Final Warning, Which is the fourth book in the Maximum Ride series by James Patterson.  THERE WILL BE SPOILERS!!!

In this book Max and the rest of the Flock go to Antarctica to save the world by stopping global warming, and Max is confused about her feelings toward Fang.

I like this book. It wasn't the best MR book ever, but it was okay.  But there are a few things I don't like, but I'll talk about that later.

I love Max and Fang!  [spoiler] But Seriously, Max, Fang kissed you, and you flew away!  Again!  Why Max, why?!

And Iggy could see for, like, a minute? Just by looking at nothing but snow?  Can that really happen, or is James Patterson just making stuff?  I was both Happy for Iggy and Confused.

Another thing I liked how some of the Flock members got new powers.  One of the reasons why I love Maximum Ride is because it's like X-Men.

But I hate, hate, hate Brigid Dwyer.  [spoiler] She was flirting with Fang!  And she's, like, seven years older then him!

Another thing I wasn't too happy about was the global warming stuff in the book.  Don't get mad at me, I'm just giving my honest opinion on a book, so don't get mad when I say I'm not a big fan of the global warming stuff.

The next thing isn't really that big of a deal, but I really wish the book was longer. the other MR book are at least seventy something to one hundred something chapters, but oh well.

One more thing, how does Total suddenly have wings?

That's it for now.

DIVERGENT by Veronica Roth Book Review!

Today I'm doing a review for DIVERGENT by Veronica Roth. I love this book! This is the best dystobian book I've ever read. THERE WILL BE SPOILERS!!!

In this book there are five factions: Dauntless, the brave. Abnegation, the self-less. Amity, the peaceful. Candor, the honest. Erudite, the intelligent. And once you turn sixteen you have to take an aptitude test to find out which faction you belong to.

Beatrice is from Abnegation but she transfers to Dauntless and changes her name to Tris. She's an awesome character. I kind of wish I was more like her.

I LOVE Four!  He is fantastic!  He's hot, strong, brave, smart, etc.  The FourTris scenes in this book were amazing. [spoiler] I also love how Four liked Tris since she arrived at Dauntless.  And When he said "I'm getting a little tired waiting for you to catch on." and I was like oh my gosh!  He likes her!  He likes her!  He Likes her!

I also love Tris's friends Christina, Will, Al and Uriah.

Cristina is, like, the opposite of Tris. Christina is more outgoing and Tris is kind of keeps to herself at first.

Will is one of Tris's best friends, and they sometimes argue about the politics in the factions. I love Will.  I ship Will and Christina.

Al is the clumsy, shy guy who cares a lot about Tris. I like Al, I think he's a sweet guy. I don't like what he did though.

But out of all of Tris's friends, I love Uriah the most. He's so awesome!  I love how he treats Tris like she'd been Dauntless all her life. I love him!

I also like Tori. I think she's a awesome character even though she doesn't do much in this book.

And does anyone else hate Peter? He seriously gets on my nerves. I don’t like Caleb and Marcus that much either.

I really like the world in the book. I don’t think the faction system is a good thing (look at where it’s good them), but I think the factions are interesting. I’d personally would like to live in Dauntless, but, lets be honest, I’d probably die.

The story it’s self is amazing. If I have to pick a favorite part, that isn’t a FourTris part, I have to pick chapter six, because in that chapter it’s right after the Choosing Ceremony and Tris is running with the Dauntless and jumping on the train, etc. I just love that scene.

Well, I said all I wanted to say.

Bye.

Maximum Ride: Saving the World and Other Extreme Sports by James Patterson Book Review!

Hi.

I am now going to review the third book in the Maximum Ride series: Saving the World and Other Extreme Sports.  This is one of the best books in the series in my opinion. Just so you know, there will be a lot spoilers in this review.  SPOILER ALERT!

Max and the Flock are still on the run, again, Max and Fang are fighting, they discover a new enemy, evil scientist want them dead, and, on top of that, Max still has to save the world.

Max is a little confused toward Fang.

Max, why did you fly away after Fang kissed you?!  I mean I kind of know why, but still.  It's kind of obvious that Max is falling for him.  We saw in book one when she kissed him, and in book two when she got jealous.

I still love Iggy, Nudge, Gazzy and Angel.  The Flock is awesome.

We also find out who Max's parents are.

This book helped me like Ari more then I did.  In books one and two I hated him.  But in this book he was trying to make up for his mistakes.

The ending was so sweet!  I love the epilogue. Who else ships Iggy and Ella!

Well that's it for now.

Bye

Maximum Ride: School's Out - Forever by James Patterson Book Review!

Hello.

This time I'm doing a review for the second book in the Maximum Ride series by James Patterson: School's Out - Forever.  SPOILER ALERT!

In this book, Max and her Flock are still on the run the evil scientist that made them 98% human and 2% bird.  But Fang get injured and they have to make a stop in Washington D. C. and temporarily stay with a FBI agent which doesn't work out so well for Max.

Max"s and Fang"s relationship seems to grow in this book, which I really like.  The parts with Fang and Max are awesome.

One thing I love about these books is that not just in Max's point of view.  In the we see how the Flock reacts to going to school (the real kind).

Pretty much the only part that made me mad was the part when Max saw Lissa kissing Fang!  And He Kissed Her Back!  The good news is we never see Lissa again.

I also don't like the FBI agent Anne Walker.  I din't like from the beginning.

Another character I don't like is Max II (Max's clone).  I never liked her.

Anyway, this was a very awesome book.  I can't wait to read it again.

Maximum Ride: The Angel Experiment by James Patterson Book Review!

Hello.

Today I'm gonna review The Angel Experiment, which is the first book in the Maximum Ride series by James Patterson.

WARNING: SPOILER ALERT!  SPOILER ALERT!  SPOILER ALERT!

It's is about a girl named Maximum "Max" Ride and her Flock, Fang, Iggy, Nudge, The Gasman (or Gazzy), and Angel who is Gazzy's sister.  They've been experimented on since the were babies by evil scientist at a mad science lab called The School, making them 98% human and 2% bird (so they have wings). After a few peaceful years of not sleeping in a dog crate, things take a turn for the worse when the evil scientist want them back and are telling Max the she has to save the world, which seems like a really big burden for a fourteen year old girl.

I really love this book!  It is so awesome and action packed.  I love the flock, and Ella and her mom.

I love Max.  She is a take charge, leader kind of person.  I love the sibling relationship that she has with the rest of the Flock.

And, of course, I really, Really Really love Fang!  I Love him!  I seriously ship Fang and Max.  I like his character.

Another character I love Is Iggy.  He's sarcastic, funny, he makes bombs and can cook better anyone in the Flock while being blind!  I love him!

I also kind of like Nudge.  She's very talkative and she's very into fashion.  I think she's a sweet kid.

I love Gazzy, he's such a sweetie!  He's Iggy best friend,  and He also makes bombs.

Angel is Gazzy's little sister and they're the only blood relatives in the Flock.  I like Angle but I have moments where I don't like her.  I did like her for the most part in this book but when I got to the part when Angel used her mind power to force a lady into buying her a teddy bear, I was a little suspicious of Angel.

I just want add that I really love the part when Max kissed Fang on the beach.  Fax for the win!

I love this book and the series.  I highly recommend it.

UNITED WE SPY BY ALLY CARTER BOOK REVIEW! *SPOILERS!!!*

Hi guys!

I already reviewed this book on my Goodreads account, but there are some things I wanted to talk about that didn't make it into that review.  Plus I really, really, really love this book and I really love talking about it.

WARNING: There will be a whole lot  of spoilers!  And I do mean a lot of spoilers!  SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS!!! Don't say I didn't worn you.

Quick Summary:
The Circle of Caven's leaders are planning another world war and it's up to Cammie, Bex, Liz, Macey and Zach to stop them before it's too late.

This is, without a doubt, one of the best books of the series.  This book had me laughing, screaming and crying.  One of the things about this book that I love are the characters  (minus the bad guys, of course), the character development is fantastic! The plot was also very awesome and realistic. There's really no cons for this series (well, at least in my opinion).

Now its time for the Zammie parts!  Out of all the amazing Zammie moments that happened through out the series, this book takes the cake.  I love the part when Cammie walks into her dorm and Zach is sleeping in her bed, wait for her!  and the part when they were in the cave, and the part when Zach was frying bacon with his shirt off and he was comforting Cammie.  I was definitely not disappointed with the romance in this book.

And here is something really cool, before the book came out I was talking to my mom (who also loves the GG books) about who wouldn't be awesome is Grant and Jonas from the second book to come back but I didn't get my hopes up. Then when I was reading the United We Spy guess who was in it. Yep, Grant and Jonas came back! And I'm not  gonna lie - I screamed. It was like a dream come true.

Another thing was when they found out who Zach's dad is, which was another part of that I screamed.

And hats off to Professor Buckingham!  She was so awesome! Who else just loved her in this book? Let's just take a moment and give Professor Buckingham and the rest of the teachers at the Gallagher Academy for Exceptional Young Women a round of applause. *claps*

And does anyone remember the guy from Interpol who gave Cammie his card in book one?  He comes back. I never liked him. I thought in book one that he would be some character who shows up once and is never seen again - boy was I wrong.

I was also really glad that the only people that did die were the bad guys  like Zach's mom and Dr Steve. Zach's mom is crazy!  I knew it!

One more thing before I go, who else loves Preston?

All in all, this is an amazing book.  I love it and I recommend this series!

Bye!

GG Read-A-Thon: Out of Sight, Out of Time by Ally Carter Book Review!

Hello!

We are now in the final week of Gallagher Girls Read-a-thon.  I don't know about you guys but the weeks just flew by for me.  Today is the first day of week five, which is all about the fifth book in the GG  series: Out of Sight, Out of Time!  I really love this book.  It is definitely one of my favorite books in the series.

Summary:
The book starts with Cammie waking up in a convent with no memory of what happened over her simmer vacation.  In this book the stakes are higher then before, the Circle of Caven want to make sure Cammie never remembers what happened to her.

This book has awesome character development.  Cammie is less trusting then before; she's also a lot stronger ten before.  I like how she and Zach are a lot closer in this book.

Zach has changed a lot since we first met him.  Instead of being cocky he's being more caring toward Cammie.  He knows she's been through a lot and he's helping her through it.  The Zammie moments in this book were awesome.  I love the part Cammie falls asleep in his arms and she asked him where he went when he looked for her and he said he went crazy.

This book helped me like Townsend more then I did before. He's really funny. And Townsend and Abby are so awesome together even though pretty much all they did was fight.

I'm not going to lie, I really wanted to punch Bex  in the beginning of the book.  Don't get me wrong, I think she had every right to be mad at Cammie for leaving, but Bex could have handled it better.  At the start of the book Bex is ignoring Cammie and is closer with Zach and I was like "Bex, what the heck are you doing?" I was not happy the Bex in the beginning, but later on she was being nice and helpful again and I liked her again.

All in all, this book is so AWESOME!  I love it so much!  I don't to wait for the next book.

GG Read-A-Thon: Only the Good Spy Young by Ally Carter Book Review!

Hello!

We are now in week four of the Gallagher Girls Read-a-thon!  this week is all about the fourth book in the series: Only the Good Spy Young.  this is one of my favorite books of the series, mainly because it was my first Gallagher girls book, so yeah, I was a little confused when reading it, but I love it anyway.

Summery:
Cammie found at at the end of book three that the terrorist organization called the Circle of Cavon wants to kidnap her but she doesn't know why.  Cammie and her best friends Bex, Liz, and Macey try to find what the Circle wants from Cammie.  And she gets betrayed by someone she trust.

I really love Zach in this book. Zach becomes a more important character then he was in the past.  He's not as cocky as he was before, and he's more caring and loving toward Cammie.  There are some really sweet Zammie scenes that make me just go Awwwwww.

I like Cammie's character development.  She changed a little since the first book ( but in a good way).  She's kind of having trouble figuring out who to trust.  And it gets harder when she finds out something shocking about Zach.

Also in this book we meet Agent Townsend.  I admit it, when I first read the book I hated his guts.  I thought he was rude and that he was the bad guy.  I could not have been more wrong.

I just really love this book and it had such a cliffhanger.  I can't wait to read it again.

GG Read-A-Thon: Don't Judge a Girl By Her Cover by Ally Carter Book Review!

Hi guys!

I am so sorry I'm a little late on the review for week three.  This is week three of the Gallagher Girls read-a-thon, and the means I'm gonna do a review on the third book in the Gallagher Girls series: Don't Judge a Girl By Her Cover.
I really love this book!  We don't get to see a lot of Zach in this book, but we get some really cool Zammie (Zach and Cammie) moments that kind of makes up for it.  There is going to be spoilers in this review.

Summery:
Cammie visits Macey at the end of her summer vacation, but they get attacked by a terrorist organization called The Circle of Caven who appear to be after Macey, or are they?

I like that we get to so more of Macey in this book and get to know her better.  She's a awesome and funny character.  I also really like Preston.  I'm a total Pracey shipper.

And Cammie is, of course, still one of my favorite characters.  She's still strong and smart and a really awesome spy.

I love Zach in this book (well, to be honest I love him in all the books).  I like how he jest pops out of nowhere.  Like I said before we don't see a lot of Zach in the book,  he's probably is in, like, five or six scenes, but he's still as cool as ever.

I also really like Abby, Cammie's aunt.  She's such a cool person and a really awesome spy.

I really like the part when Zach and Cammie were hiding on the train, and when Cammie runs into Zach and judo flipped him, ad just liek every GG book there are some really awesome quotes, I also like the ending.

I love this book. It's funny and just awesome!  I definitely recommend it.

GG Read-A-Thon: Cross My Heart and Hope to Spy by Ally Carter Book Review!

Hi!

We are now in week two of the Gallagher Girls read-a-thon, you know what that means, this is where things get exciting!  This week is about the second GG book, and also one of my most favorite books in the series, Cross My Heart and Hope to Spy.  I bet you can guess one of the reasons why I love this book so much, it's because in this book we meat one my favorite characters of the series EVER, Zachery Goode!  I love love LOVE Zach!

So in this review there is going to be a lot of gushing and fangirling so there will be spoilers.  On with the review!

Summery:
The book starts with Cammie getting debriefed in Washington DC and she pretty much is told to never have a relationship with Josh again.  And after comes back to the Gallagher Academy she finds out that her mom-slash-headmistress and her hot Covert Operations teacher, Joe Solomon, are keeping a big secret from her and Cammie and her best friends, Bex, Liz, and Macey find out that they're not alone, that a school for boy spies are coming for an exchange program.

Let's talk about Zach first.  In case you can't tell, I LOVE Zach!  He is hot, cocky, awesome, did I mention he's incredibly hot?  Because he is.  I love how he knows a lot about Cammie and she knows nothing about him and she's like "How do you know that?" and he just points to himself and says, "Spy."  I love it when he does that!  We find out later on in the books that Zach is a very important character, but I'll talk more about that in another book review.

Now for Cammie.  Cammie is kind of heartbroken over her breakup with Josh in the last book, and it probably didn't help when she saw him in town with his new girlfriend (but that's okay because she has Zach now).  At first Cammie doesn't like Zach at all but that changes little by little as the book goes on.

I also love Grant and Jonas.  Grant is kind of the love interest for Bex and Jonas is for Liz.  The sad part for me is that you never see them again in the books.  A part of me wants to see them in book six but most likely we wont.

I love how Joe Solomon always pair Cammie with Zach, it's like he wanted them to get together form the beginning.

I really love the part when Zach and Cammie are one their first date and Zach says' "Just so you know, Gallagher Girl, I'm gonna kiss you now" but DeeDee stops him before he can, then at the end when Zach dips Cammie in front of the whole school then says, "I always finished what I start."  then I squeal.  A lot.  Pretty much love every single part that has Zach.  It can't be helped.  I love the part where Zach and Cammie are studying and he knows that she and her friends bugged his room and he says he's not all bad and not all good, and the part when Zach first called her Gallagher Girl, and the part when Zach come out of nowhere and Cammie hits her head on a fireplace mantle.

There was a lot of good stuff in this book.  Time to re-read it, again.

GG READ-A-THON: I'D TELL YOU I LOVE YOU BUT THEN I'D HAVE TO KILL YOU BY ALLY CARTER BOOK REVIEW!

Hi guys!

Today is the start of the Gallagher Girls Read-A-Thon!!!  One of the things you can do for the read-a-thon is book reviews so that's what I doing to day; and since it's week 1 I'm doing a review for the first book in the series: I'd Tell You I Love You, But Then I'd Have to Kill You.

WARNING: There are going to be spoilers.

Summery:
I'd Tell You I Love You, But Then I'd Have to Kill You is the first book in the Gallagher Girls series by Ally Carter.  It's about a girl named Cammie who goes to a school for spies in training; when doing a assignment for covert operations class she meets a normal boy named Josh.

I love Cammie.  I think one of the reasons I like Cammie is because she's so much like me and I like it when I can relate to characters, you know what I mean?

I also really like Bex, I think she is so funny and she kick serious butt; they all do.  Bex is easily one of my favorite characters of the series.

Next there's Liz, another one of my favorite characters.  Liz is just so cute and also a little naive and clumsy, but she's still a very lovable character.

And then there's Macey.  I really love Macey.  In the beginning of the book Macey seems to come of as a jerk but as the story progresses she's really not; plus I read the books out of order so I knew ahead of time that Macey was awesome before reading this book.

I also like Josh.  He's so sweet and kind of cool.

I really like the parts when Macey is telling Cammie, Bex and Liz what Josh's notes mean, and the part were Mr. Solomon was walking toward the girls and Cammie just puts Josh's note in her mouth until he leaves, I also love the parts when we meet Macey and Mr. Solomon for the first time, I also really like the part when Macey finds out it's a spy school, and the part when they made the Mission Impossible reference.  A lot of good stuff in this book.

So that's pretty much it.  I will post another review the next book in the series next week.  I will also post some fan art soon.

Bye.

The Mark Of Athena

I finished Percy Jackson and The Olympians and I'm now on The Heroes Of Olympus.  I LOVE The Mark Of Athena!!!  It is so funny!  I love Percy and Leo!  I really like the part when Hazel and Leo meet the nymph Echo and she repeats the last thing she hears.  It went kinda like this:
Leo: "Blue elephants."
Echo: "Blue elephants."
Leo: "Kiss me you fool!"
Echo: "You fool.
Leo: "Hey!"
I also love all the Percabeth moments.  I can't wait for House Of Hades to come out!
